Time to get viewing
Book viewings at properties that catch your eye and choose time slots that suit your schedule. Do consider however that some properties already have tenants in them, so we’ll need to work around their schedule too.
Tenancy progression
We’ll follow up on your references, chase anyone that needs chasing and liaise with the landlord on your behalf. Our input will make your move a whole lot less stressful.

Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll see what properties we have to suit you. If you’re fairly flexible, great!
Applying & agreeing the let
Once you find the one, there’ll be an application form to fill in, a holding deposit to pay and reference checks to complete. We’ll make the entire process as quick and easy as possible, at every stage.
Key collection & move in day
Pack your bags and pick up your keys! We’ll run you through some final paperwork to make sure we’re all on the same page. We’ll just need you to bring your Right to Rent documents. Once everything is sorted, you’ll leave our office with your keys!
